Peer Mediation training is a process in which peers mediate other peers whether it be student to student, teacher to teacher, principal to principal. 

Each are trained in how to set the stage, get information, brainstorm ideas for possible solutions, choose the best solution for both, and close the session. They are also taught the importance of confidentiality in the healing process.
