Conflict Resolution

School-based conflict resolution consists of a 2 day training in which the youth are challenged to take a closer look at themselves,(who they are and who they plan to become) in conjunction with their role in conflict in many areas of their lives.

Realistic examples are used in challenging the paradigm of their mind to shift to a higher level of realization of just how much they control their own anger, fears, actions and emotions.

This is a moderately paced class using exercises and open communicaiton between the youth and their peers to explore their differences and appreciate them.
